As an AFAA certified personal trainer and NASM Senior Fitness Specialist, I have experience in helping people of all ages and abilities achieve their fitness goals. My professional experience includes providing comprehensive fitness instruction to a wide variety of clients of all ages and abilities. Specifically as a Senior Fitness Specialist, I have the knowledge to empower older adults by helping them regain the strength, stamina, and flexibility to stay healthy and independent. I design exercise programs to help older adults reduce the risk of falls, gain independence, and ward off the negative physical effects of aging. I am experienced in using a variety of fitness equipment, such as free weights, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises. I am also knowledgeable about various stretching and mobility exercises, which can help clients improve their range of motion and reduce stiffness. Additionally, I have an understanding of nutrition and the importance of a balanced diet in achieving fitness goals.
